Dyck Arboretum of the Plains
Trees, shrubs, grasses, and flowering perennials and annuals, native to Kansas are emphasized; also included are horticultural plants that are adaptable to the South Central Kansas environment. Open areas, symbolic of the plains, are maintained. Great Plains Wildflower Garden has five planting beds dedicated to different regions of the Great Plains.
